# Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your NoelNest order. If you need to request a return or report a problem, please use our contact form and include your order number and photos when relevant.
## Standard returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with any included parts and accessories.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, may be nonrefundable.
## Defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or a refund, including return-shipping instructions where applicable.
## Refund timing
After an approved return is received, we will inspect it and process the refund or other resolution. Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection for the refund to be processed; your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post it.
## Items that cannot be returned
We generally do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items; items that have been opened, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery; and perishable goods, if offered. These exclusions do not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
