Terms of service

Terms of Service

Welcome to NoelNest. By using noelnest.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, textures, dimensions, packaging, and other details may vary slightly because of photography, screens, manufacturing batches, or fulfillment packaging. Please review the product page before ordering.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may correct typographical, product, availability, or pricing errors and may cancel or adjust an order affected by an obvious error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for the amount paid. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Payments and shipping

Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout. Shipping estimates and return rules are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
