At NoelNest, we work with fulfillment partners to bring festive finds to your door. Shipping details can vary by product and destination, so please review the product page for any item-specific information.

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing begins after payment is confirmed and does not include transit time.

Delivery estimates

Many items shipped from a U.S. warehouse take approximately 3–10 business days after processing. Some items shipped from overseas take approximately 2–4 weeks after processing. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.

Shipping cost

Free shipping is available on select items. When shipping is not free, the applicable cost will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email tracking details after your order ships. Please allow a little time for the carrier's tracking page to begin showing movement.

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or has another delivery issue, please use our contact form with your order number and a description of the problem. We will respond as soon as possible and help investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
